    A couple of weeks ago the Chairman Keith handed a cheque over to Bernard from the Starlight Children's Foundation. This was the second such donation The Ampthill Singers have made.

    As I have stated before, Ampthill singers are all about enjoying ourselves whilst singing and raising money for charity.

    We are always looking for more singers male or female, if you can hold a bit of a tune then why not come along to one of our rehearsals. We meet every Tuesday at Ampthill Methodist Church, Ampthill. See the about page for maps.

    So here we are I have moved the failing non-existant blog for the singing group, hoping to have a better time on here than with wordpress, simply because I have stopped using wordpress  for my blogs. I say I have stopped, more like I dont really blog anywhere else other than here.

    Now Ampthill Singers basically sing because we enjoy it, and also to raise money for local charity we are in our 7th year and going strong.
